15 years of professional experience in the areas of real estate, products sales, marketing, advertising, distribution, and investment. Prior to joining Charles Rutenberg Realty, Mr. Rivera contributed as a real estate sales associate top producer to the success of Weichert Realtors Aventa and Lyric Realty Group, Inc.

During his career, he was president and founder of Paul’s Wholesale and Retail, Inc. a general distribution business of merchandise, jewelry and accessories including Tampa Bay, Puerto Rico, and New York.  Mr. Rivera also worked in the retail business for 12 year with increasing responsibilities developing corporate tasks including personnel hiring, training, and managerial tasks among others. In 2006, received the Diamond Achievement title from 4Life Research for exceeding company’s goals and objectives in a short period of time.

Mr. Rivera holds a Bachelor in Marketing degree from Catholic University of Puerto Rico. He graduated from Cook Real Estate School in Florida and is a Licensed member of the Greater Tampa Bay Association of Realtors (GTAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
